Please interview an individual engaged in the risk capital financing process (an angel investor or a venture capitalist or a risk-capital-funded (or one who has tried and failed) entrepreneur) and summarize their views on the process of starting and financing new ventures including critical success and failure factors and lessons learned from the risk capital financing experience. Write up about 2-3 pages.

1. General information about the investor and his/her principal partners and firm.
2. The areas or investment space(s) they focus on.
3. The stages they focus on (seed stage, early stage or series A, B, C.
4. Their due diligence approach and philosophy as you can determine it from the web.
5. Findings from talking directly to individuals with those firms and/or founder /entrepreneurs as well as current and former clients or strategic partners of theirs – they list firms they invest in on their web sites as to the following

5.2. Lessons learned from both the new venture initiation and the new venture financing perspectives
