4.There is some concern that the recruitment processes are sometimes rather chaotic. Not only might this mean that the wrong people are recruited, but there is the possibility that there could be allegations of discrimination. Provide an explanation of the main points of equalities legislation. This must include direct and indirect discriminations, harassment and victimisation.(AC 2.4) (approx 300 words)
5.Explain the concept of the ‘psychological contract. Also give examples of policies and procedures which can underpin this; for example, grievance and disciplinary policies – how are these applied fairly? Also consider Health and Safety Policies (AC 2.5) (approx 100 words)
