Investigating the Characteristics of Leadership and Middle Management of the Top Achieving Schools and Their Impact on School Performance During Covid19 in the context of United Arab Emirates

The annotated bibliography has to be made for the most relevant and appropriate resources. The choice of the sources to be annotated must be based on five factors: (1) they are highly cited and peer reviewed as possible, (2) relevant to the research problem, (3) provide varied perspectives and dimensions to the concepts, theory and issue discussed, (4) empirical studies that use quantitative or qualitative techniques to elucidate relationships between the research problem variables and the search key words used, and (5) up-to-date (a) in the last two years 2019 and 2020 as possible, (b) in the last five years and provide unique findings or more comprehensive understanding of the research foci.

The next important step is to create the review matrix then identify and explore the points of relation between the various statements summarized by the review matrix and establish an overall framework that reveals those relationships, placing information in a single accessible, coherent form, trying to give an image of the research problem’s foci status and writing a tale of its creation over the last few years. Then make a thorough comparison of competing views on these scholarly information requiring deeper work to recognize and analyze when texts actually disagree, pinpoint their exact points of disagreement, and evaluate their controversies to judge which side states a stronger argument.
