Project Problem Identification

Step 1:

Select your most important concern or problem at work, school, or in your personal life.

Please choose one of the four concerns:
How to balance work, school, and family.
2. Deciding what University to attend when I graduate and what bachelor’s degree I want to obtain.
3. How can I budget my money to be able to pay all my bills.
4. Finding out how to be accepted and fit in with my co-workers.

Step 2:

Locate and use at least four external sources in the process of finding solutions to your problem. Submit annotated references for each source (one paragraph for each source).

Step 3:

Develop a step-by-step plan for addressing your problem. Your plan should include target completion dates for each step.

Step 4:

Devise a measurement plan to evaluate the effectiveness of your solution.

Step 5:

Submit a paper (3-5 pages) that includes your problem description, step-by-step plan, and measurement plan.

Your paper should explain why you believe your solution will be effective as well as the strengths and weaknesses of your measurement plan. Your explanation should include at least 3 properly referenced citations from our text or your external sources.

In addition, answer each of the following questions:

What did you learn about yourself while working on this problem solution?
What was the most difficult part of the process?
How happy were you with the outcome of the solution you developed?
In what manner would you use the knowledge gained from your course problem to help with business-related problems you may encounter in the future?
