In January 2020, training identified the Top 125 companies for training. The list of the top 20 companies. These companies utilize various training tools to create and improve employee development within the organization. The training tools such as technology, technical and in class training. The Learning Experience Platform (LXP) companies such as Edcast, Thrive, MOS(Mind On Site), Intreped, Netex, to name a few: all these companies specialize in training tools design to enhance the learning experience. Companies also uses differing on-line learning resource libraries such as Cornerstone, Biz Library, Safety Skills, Skillsoft, In Learning and Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. Companies which utilize content development from companies such as Coreaxis, Infopro Learning, CAVEO Learning and NIIT, Cross Knowledge among others, can lend authenticity to training and development for the employees.
In a 2019 list of Top of Companies for Assessment and Evaluation displayed training tools from companies such as Korn Kerry, BTS, Center for Creative Learning, GP Strategies. These organizations helped the major companies create various assessment matrixes to accurately evaluate the value of its human capital (employees).

Select one of the top companies to research that no one else chose. Visit the company’s website, use a web search engine, or look for references of the company publishing on training, T+D tools. You are required to determine whether the company utilizes (LXP, technological, technical, content development or even online training tools). Based on your research, complete a 10 slide PowerPoint presentation. The two central points to discuss are:
A) Describe the training tools used by the organization and the efficacy of the training tools. B) Explain the relationship between training and the company’s employment competitiveness, how the business goals are achieved through effective training.
Please read the instructions in its entirety and answer the questions fully related to one of those companies. It is important to articulate, that I am not looking for your opinion on the presentation, I will expect you to do extensive research of the company training and development tools.
Your presentation on the company should include a slide for an Abstract (1/2- page summary of the presentation and is the 1 st slide of your presentation). You will also be required to complete a Reference page of the last slide, which will count as the last slide of the PowerPoint presentation.
You must have at least three credible resources typed in APA format. Please note (Wikipedia, blogs, online chat lines are not credible resources) News articles, online articles, journals and peer-reviewed articles are credible resources.
