This is a start. A few notes:
In the first paragraph, you need to not just bring up the 5 Ws — but actually answer the questions. Be specific.
In all subsequent body paragraphs, you do not use a single piece of evidence to demonstrate that whatever strategy you mention might actually work. Where is the evidence? You need to find studies and experiments — in Berger’s book and outside sources — that demonstrate the effectiveness of these strategies. And only then (in the same paragraph) do you go on to tell the reader specifically HOW you will use those strategies.
Trying to write about all 6 strategies in such a short essay is not a great idea; I suggest you pick 2 0r 3 strategies and focus on those. You can also examine ways you can combine some of these strategies.
You don’t need a basic conclusion that just summarizes. Either add something new or cut it.

Technology has resulted in the creation of many business ideas and continues to open business market gaps worldwide. For instance, most businesses mustturn their services online. Wewant to fill the market business gap by introducing a multinational technology company that will focus on e-commerce and artificial intelligence. The proposed name for the company will be “The Hub.” The dream can be realized afteremphasizingthe 5Ws of business marketing. On determining “who”our customers are, we will need to know thecommunitythe company will serve, including theirneeds. There will also be a need to determine “what”features will make ourcompany stand out above the rest. This will be through the provision of efficient and effective products and services. The time factor is the other issue that my company will emphasize on. The question of “when” to post the company’s content will be unlimited to make its name reputable and build ourbrandas a global company. The other important factor that will determine the future company’s success will be “where” we shall be posting the content on its advertisement to increase its market share(Berger, 31).This will be on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and Twitter to ensure maximum marketing. The “why” question will also determine the objective of our company. My aim as the company manager will be to become industry leaders in e-commerce and artificial intelligence. For the company to maximize profits and become leading in the e-commerce industry, there will be a need to make it “contagious.” The general marketing strategy suggests that the popularity of a company’s products and services are determined by quality, price, and advertisement. However, Berger argues that social interaction and transmission by word of mouth accounts for about 50% of buyers’ decisions. This is because word of mouth is considered more persuasive and targeting (Berger, 33). Therefore, I will apply mostly word of mouth to popularize our company’s brand. This will be through holding road-promotions in different countries to pass information to our expected customers. Our company will also use the six ways of making ideas “contagious.” For instance, we shall use social currency-which will involve making our company look good(Esterhammer, Oliver & Jiahao, 7). For example, we will offer after-sale services to our customers and engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)to gain customer loyalty. To continue keeping our company popular (contagious), we will need to develop features that make people keep talking about the company. Berger refers to this as “Triggers.” This can be through the provision of quality products and services. The triggers can also be by offering discounts and promotions on our products. We can also offer customers advice and enoughinformation to help them make purchasing decisions (Esterhammer, Oliver & Jiahao, 35). Such activities will influence customers and make our company contagious. The other aspect that will make our company contagious is the practical value it offers to the customers. The success of our company will depend on how we make the advertisement information to stand out. Our company should be used as an example by customers who trade with us. According to Berger making things more observable, make them easier to imitate and thus become popular. We will apply this argument in our organization by associating our products with
Surname 2celebrities emulated by many people worldwide(Berger, 65). We will pick different stars and make them our brand ambassadors for our products. This will build a public image of our products and services, making us contagious.Factors that will improve the company’s available image will be providing products that contain a social proof of high quality and the feeling that the products leave behind to the customers after usage.Additionally, we can make our business contagious through stories that people like to tell. This is because most human beings think in terms of narrations. This strategy will enable customers to share information about our company with their friends.Notably, our first consideration will be quality assurance, followed by minimized prices to convince more customers to shop with us(Berger, 79).In the process, we will become “contagious,” thus taking the largest share of the market among our competitors. The company will also be made famous by ensuring we come up with a contagious brand that will be shared across the borders through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. The brand is what defines a business, and it is the first thing that comes to customers’ minds when they think of any business(Smilansky, 56). Therefore,to make our company more popular, we will need to develop a contagious brand that will create a strong business identity. In creating a strong identity brand, we will apply Steve Hall’s model, which includes; Value proposition, vision statement, mission statement, and benefits of the company(Smilansky, 73). The brand of the company should also involve all members and be accepted by all. If the above ideas are implemented in the management of our future company, the company will stand out above the rest and become a leading company in e-commerce and artificial intelligence. Leveraging good narrations about the company will make the name of the company ‘contagious”. The results of a “Contagious” company is that we will maximize profits due to our extensive market share. We will become famous and the most likely company, the customers, will choose. In summary, the popularity of a business determines its success, and customers’ most preferred choice. To make “The Hub” a prosperous future company, we will need to apply the six steps of creating a “contagious” business as per Berger(Berger, 115). The actions include; social currency, Triggers, Emotion, Public, and Practical. Besides, wewill concentrate on building a strong brand identity.Customers’satisfaction will be our number one priority by ensuring that our company offers high-quality products at customer-friendly prices. We hope one day we will make the company a reality.
