Extra Credit Opportunity #3 – Movie Essay

You can choose from two movies (Erin Brockovich or The Social Network).  You will choose one of those movies, watch it, and then write an essay, between 400 – 700 words, explaining one instance in the movie where the legal material presented was true to what we have learned this semester, and one instance where the legal material was not true to what we have learned this semester (so where the producers dramatized the content and did something that would never really happen in real legal life), and why those examples fall into each category.

The essay will be due no later than 11:59pm on December 8.

**If you abide by these instructions, you will receive a 100 for the assignment.

Here’s how I will allocate that grade:

If you have at least 2 zeros on MindTap assignments, I will replace each zero with a 100.

If you have only 1 zero on a MindTap assignment, then I will replace that zero with a 100, and I will add 1 point to your lowest other grade (on all three exams or your Case Decision Assignment).

If you have no zeros on MindTap assignments, then I will add 2 points to your lowest other grade (on all three exams or your Case Decision Assignment).
