As employees continue to place a higher value on non-traditional benefits from their work such as finding “meaning” and “fulfillment,” how will you, as a manager, provide an environment that is meaningful and fulfilling for employees? Consider how the workplace and corporate culture may have to evolve to support these changing desires. Write out a plan, detailing specific ways in which the organization can adapt and cater to these newly-identified “needs.”
