Review the Project Overview ( https://bconline.broward.edu/content/Courses/CompSci/ISM3057C/project/overview-v1.html ) ideas of a website to develop. While reviewing the Project Overview, ensure that all milestone requirements are reviewed as they give indications of what is needed for the entire project.
Decide which website will be developed. The website need not be one of the example websites listed. It is recommended that the website to be developed solves a problem for the developer.
Decide on a title for the website.
Decide on a tagline for the website.

Read the Persona ( https://bconline.broward.edu/content/Courses/CompSci/ISM3057C/project/design/persona-v1.html ) topic in the Website Design module.
Read the Software Requirements ( https://bconline.broward.edu/content/Courses/CompSci/ISM3057C/project/design/softwarerequirements-v1.html ) topic in the Website Design module.
Determine the different personas who will be using the website and create a persona for each.
Create a description for the website.
Determine all the requirements that the website will address. Ensure that the requirements are simple. The following must be considered in the requirements:
Write the requirements in non-technical language.
State each requirement simply, completely and clearly.
Write each requirement in a manner that it can be given to a different developer who will be able to understand the requirement.
Write each requirement in a manner that ensures no implied information.
Each requirement must be unique.
Concentrate on the functional requirements of the system.
Tip: Write the description for the audience. The description should be written in order to convince the audience to use the website. The audience is NOT yourself or the professor in this course.
What to submit…
A document named Milestone1.docx created using Microsoft Word must be submitted to the Project Milestone 1 assignment. The following information must be included in the document:
The title of the website. (No more than 5 words) The title must be a succinct indication of what the website will be about.
The tagline for the website.
The audience (users) who the website will be developed for (could be multiple personas). Ensure that the problem(s) the website will solve for the audience is included. Describe how the website will solve the problem(s) of at least two personas.
A description of what the website will cover. The description must be at least 50 words in length and will be used to describe the website to the audience.
A list of the requirements of the website. Each requirement listed must be fully explained.
