Decide which one of the four generations of leadership theories is the best overall approach to leadership for you in your future career. Next, within that theory, which specific theory is best for you. For example, let’s suppose that you like the Behavioral Theories, and within that theory you think the like the “Leadership Grid” theory the best for you. After you make all these choices, write at one page explain your choice.2. Next, decide which overall generational theories is your second choice and which specific theory within that overall theory you like. Write one page to explain your choice.3. Your written paper must be three full pages in length, not counting a separate page for your reference list.
