Using the resources presented, as well as peer-reviewed sources of your own, create a PowerPoint presentation of at least 15 slides which clearly summarizes the process of mediation, from pre-mediation to conclusion (be sure to have viewed the three required videos to best assist you with this). These are listed above for your ready reference.
Propose some best practices that should be utilized in each step of the process to increase the chances of a positive outcome. Include speaker’s notes to further expand upon and explain your points.
Conduct additional research to gather sufficient information to support your presentation.
Provide at least 15 quality PowerPoint slides of bulleted-point information content (with speaker’s notes), not including title page and reference slides. Don’t forget to use in-text citations. Today’s workers do not want to see slides chock full of words. Instead, they are very specific in what they want to see on each slide: 5 words and a picture. All those other words go on the notes pages. They do not want to see clip art either. Use pictures of real people instead. Reducing the verbiage on each slide to 5 words means each slide will basically have one short bullet point.
Support your presentation with peer-reviewed articles and reliable sources. Use at least three references; at least two of these should be from peer-reviewed sources. For additional information on how to recognize peer-reviewed journals, see http://www.angelo.edu/services/library/handouts/peerrev.php and for evaluating internet sources: https://www.library.georgetown.edu/tutorials/research-guides/evaluating-internet-content
