Define the term social loafing. Discuss the research on this topic and the implications for group work of whatever kind you choose (job, school, family, etc.).
Define social facilitation and explain what it means. Be sure to use the vocabulary discussed in the notes, but try to put the explanations in your own words. Can you think of any real world examples from your own experience?

1. It must be submitted on Blackboard in an accessible format (MS Word compatible file or PDF),
2. It must be submitted on time (timestamp recorded on Blackboard).
3. It must be professional in its writing style (grammar, spelling, organization of ideas, etc.).
4. It must be meaningfully related to the course material being discussed that week.
5. It must be substantial work showing good effort (thoughtful, meeting length requirements, etc.).

Those are the ‘specs’ or requirements for the assignment. Meet all of those specs and the assignment gets a score of 100. Fail to meet any of them and it gets a zero. Do honest, good, and careful work on these assignments and they should all get full credit.”
