You are required to meet with a worker and client from a local resource that deals with GLBTQ. You have to interview both people and gain their perspective on what to do and what to avoid when working with this particular group.

You should have at least:

· 5 tips on what to do from the worker perspective

· 5 tips on what to do from the client perspective

· 5 tips on what to avoid from the worker perspective

· 5 tips on what to avoid from the client perspective

You should indicate if there were differences between the worker’s and client’s perspectives, and identify if there are reasons for the discrepancy (i.e.: client wants hot meals every day, worker wants to limit access to meals to either not foster dependency)

Finally, you should articulate what barriers they would have in working with this group, any biases they have towards them and what they would have to do/change/work on in order to be effective with this group.
