The concept of negligence is an important concept for anyone involved in sport facility and/or event management. After reading Chapter 11, please write a 500 word post explaining in your own words what negligence is, the four items a plaintiff must prove (include how the status of the plaintiff impacts the duty owed), and why this concept is important in your future career.
