In this phase, you will document the type of job you want to obtain and present your research in a PowerPoint presentation. You will include the Word table that you created in Phase II. Start a new, blank PowerPoint presentation file. Select a theme for your presentation (required). You should have one title slide, content slides, a slide or two with your action plan, and a references slide. Add an appropriate header to the slides. The content slides can discuss any of the following. Possible job titles for which you would apply Salary range Skills and education required Experience required What you’d be doing on a typical day Nature of the work Type of environment Challenges Rewards The last two to three slides should include your action plan for accomplishing your dream and a references page. Any citations must be made in APA format (see the Syllabus). In the notes section of the title slide, add your name and the date the presentation was created. Keep the focus on visual design, use images to illustrate your points, but no cheesy or unprofessional images Use a professional, collegial design Be creative!
