You are required to provide an answer to each individual subtask separately. In other words, the structure follows the different subsections. You are not asked to provide report structure. There is also no need to provide an introduction or summary section.
In Part 1, the data subset chosen for a) – c) may be the same or different, depending on your own preference. Clearly state for each section which subset you have selected.
For any calculations or workings, it is important that you provide evidence of your workings. You may decide to provide relevant screenshots or outline your workings in Word. (Ensure to provide a clear explanation and interpretation of your results as requested in the individual sections of Part 1 and 2.)
For all calculations and workings in Part 1 and 2, the use of Excel is sufficient. With regards to Part 1d (Decision Tree/Venn Diagram), please consider the use of Excel (using a screenshot, or copy function to add it to your WORD document) or Pen & Paper (using a scan/photo of the relevant drawing).
