Part 1

then answer the following questions.

1. What type of cells do protists have?
2. What type of environments do protists live in?
3. Briefly describe the variety of ecological niches that protists occupy (ie producers, consumers, decomposers).

Part 2

1. Select 10 common protists.
2. Research the following information about each protist.

• Light microscope and electron microscope micrograph of Special organelles
• Method of movement
• Energy acquisition
• Common habitats
• Live alone or communal
• Human/ecological impact

This assignment has two parts. For the first part you need to watch the video and then answer the question.

For the second part you need to find the 10 common protists then for each protist you need to write about all bullet points (Light microscope and electron microscope micrograph of Special organelles, Method of movement, Energy acquisition, Common habitats, Live alone or communal, Human/ecological impact)
