Must use at least 6 credible references and paper must be done in APA format with title, abstract and reference pages. Paper should include at least the following: 1. Describe your topic and diversity population. Why is it important to be knowledgeable about this population? What would you need to know as a social worker about the statistics, demographics, etc.? Include any relevant information that would help a social worker to be well-informed on your topic. 2. What do social workers need to know when working with this population? What traditions, beliefs, cultural considerations would be helpful to know? Are there any policies specific to this population social workers should know about? Be clear on how this population pertains to social work or why it is important for social workers to have a clear understanding of the population. 3. Describe the resources available in your community for this population. If limited resources are available in your community, expand to state or national resources.
