Stages of group development

After reviewing the Stages of Group Development article, answer the following questions along with providing any other thoughts in this assignment.

You must respond to each of the below questions.  To show that you have answered each question, make sure to answer by question number – just as shown below.  Meaning PLEASE use the question number at the beginning of the response – you must demonstrate a clear response to question #1 and then separately a clear response to question #2.

1. After reading the articles, list five (5) things you learned?  It would be best to list these out by sub-bullet and not all within a single paragraph to show that you have demonstrated all five (5) points.  However, unlike general bullet guidelines, each of your five (5) points must be fully elaborated on showing critical thought on each of the five (5) points.  Do not use short answers for each point; make sure to elaborate fully.
2. How can you apply what you have learned to being a part of an assigned class team? Make sure to elaborate fully.
