Begin your paper with a paragraph or two discussing your research questions and your personal reason for being interested in the subjects you’re researching. These paragraphs introduce the reader to both the topics and the researcher (you) and help the reader understand the purpose of your research.

spend the buddy paragraphs discussing the text you may examine and their relevance to your topic. you should discuss each text in one or two paragraphs. when discussing your research texts, explain both the arguments or ideas offered by the text’s author, as well as the ways those arguments/ideas may help you understand or address your own research questions.

Your final paragraph(s) should summarize your preliminary research findings, explaining how the types of books you found can help you develop your inquiry. while you will probably restate some of the questions/ideas explained in your opening paragraph, you should focus here on showing how your research narrows (specifies) or changes these questions.
