Leading Change Assessment Paper

PepsiCo, from 2006 to today.

In October 2018, PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi stepped down after leading the company through significant innovations and changes over 12 years in every part of this Global Fortune 50 Company.

Using the HBR Case, published in 2005, and the HRB article (which was  published 10 years later), choose one area of PepsiCo on which to focus  and relate the principles of change and innovation studied in this course. Use and cite the text, the case, the article, the PepsiCo’s Performance with Purpose website and 1 other scholarly resource of your choice to support your thinking.

Conclude your paper with 1 page relating a Christian Worldview. Take any approach you wish, and provide scripture to support your reasoning.

Examples: (You may do something different, these are meant to inspire your thinking.) Suppose you were working in this environment and had the opportunity to influence the culture with your Christian values. What would your actions look like? Or, how would a foundation of Christian values among leaders have changed or influenced the work? Or, do you see Christian values at work in this organization, and how have these influenced the culture?

Your total paper should be 5 pages, plus a cover page, an abstract page, and a References page. See the grading rubric to understand the sections required for your paper. A template is also provided to help you.
