Are tobacco policies in the US having their desired impacts today? Then you can analyze current anti-tobacco policies in the US and discuss their effectiveness. A big area here is vaping and the rise of Juul among other products that are popular among teens.

Submit a 4 page rough draft on your topic. Make sure you are formatting it in the style you selected in the previous assignment. This should incorporate the two previous assignments, BUT you will need to make this into a research paper, not just a group of assignments.

Some advice and tips:

• It is better to have a shorter, but better draft than a long rambling draft
• This rough draft should be an analysis with facts, not opinions
  • Make sure it actually reads like a research paper. Don’t say: “I chose this topic because…”
