If an employee says, “Isn’t it enough that we provide excellent service? People will come to use if we provide excellent services, right? How would you respond to the staffer?

2) Think of a situation at work or school where you were quite irritated or angry and you let it show. If you were to find yourself in a similar situation, how could you apply some of your tools for emotional self-management?

3) Find two or three books on leadership you would be willing to read. What makes them attractive to to you? What can they tell you about how to be a better leader?
