Be sure to consult the Writing Center in the Kares Library before submitting your final draft. The paper must be in the APA 7th edition format and equivalent to college level work and consistent in form throughout the paper. The five-page paper (which includes Title Page & Reference Page and three pages for the body of the paper) must be double spaced, typed (12 pt. Times New Roman font), and have a title page (must include paper title, your name, and pertinent class information). Use standard 1” margins throughout. The reference page must list all citations used in the text body (use at least 5) and must be no older than 5 years. Do not include tables, graphs, figures, table of contents, author’s note or an abstract-you will automatically lose 5 points for not following directions. Be sure to use terminology learned in class (where appropriate) when writing your paper.
Choose one of the following topics and research/discuss:
1. Contemporary models of planned change;
2. The role of data analytics in organization change and development;
3. Effective change management practices
4. View the video “The Ultimate Gift” in the Video Library (located in the main navigation menu) and explain how Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs applies to the main character in the video. (You only need to have two references for this one in addition to the Managing Change video where the Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is discussed.)
All term papers are graded as follows:
- 35 points for APA formatting, spelling, & syntax (sentence structure, punctuation, and language rules),
- 5 points for following directions, and
- 60 points for content for a grand total of 100 points.

Overall score is an indicator of what percentage of the submitted paper matches existing sources. This score is a warning indicator only and papers should be reviewed to see if the matches are properly attributed.
Scores below 15 percent: These papers typical include some quotes and few common phrases or blocks of text that match other documents. These papers typically do not require further analysis, as there is no evidence of the possibility of plagiarism in these papers.
Scores between 15 percent and 40 percent: These papers include extensive quoted or paraphrased material or they may include plagiarism. These papers should be reviewed to determine if the matching content is properly attributed.
Scores over 40 percent: There is a very high probability that text in this paper was copied from other sources. These papers include quoted or paraphrased text in excess and should be reviewed for plagiarism.
