• Where in your life do you use informal power to your benefit and deficit?

• Do you know someone who is vocal or someone who rarely gives input and contributes little to the group? Which type are you?
• What can you do to ensure there is more balance in your consensus-building activities the next time a group you belong to has to make a decision?
