Brainstorm ideas needed – IT analytics class

Scenario – 

ABC healthcare organization branches out into rural communities to expand resources to the geriatric population, specifically behavioral health, through forming partnerships with rural providers from the adjacent Hospital systems. Ultimately, ABC Healthcare will expand to multi specialties.

Technology Assets to be  Utilized to reach out to communities outside the current patient population:

• Talkspace and iPrevail – Via Telemedicine
• Mobile Medical Clinics 

Need ideas on – 

1. Roadmap to deployment (how are we going to roll out the changes)including departmental and operations requirements, *training and adoption considerations, and internal/external alignment issues.  What things should we consider?
2. Barriers to Interoperability
3. Key performance indicators (key metrics of success) will validate whether the roadmap is migrating the organization toward its stated goals (How do we know if it’s working?). Methods to engage and retain “buy-in” from key stakeholders if the roadmap deployment fails. 
4. Methods, if any, to integrate your solution(s) with existing internal and external platforms/tools to reduce user friction and confusion.  how will we integrate CIN with EPIC?  Will there be a single sign-on at both healthcare systems?>
5. Any creative ways to finance this?
