Problem, Purpose Statements, and Research Questions

This week, please provide the problem and purpose statements, and research questions for your topic.( MY TOPIC IS-SCHOOL VIOLENCE).

Problem Statement: Please provide a short overview of the problem and present information on why the chosen topic (SCHOOL VIOLENCE) must be researched. Ideally, you should include crime statistics such as UCR reports or statistics from peer-reviewed resources to strengthen your problem statement. This section should be between 200-250 words.

Purpose Statement: It will provide all pertinent information why you believe the research is fundamental and beneficial to society. Please explained whether your research would be quantitative or qualitative. The purpose statement should include at least two peer-reviewed references and be approximately 200-250 words.

Research questions: Based on the information presented in the problem statement, develop three questions that you want to answer in your research. Your questions should be open-ended questions (meaning, they should not be a yes or no questions).
