* Write a summary of your findings. Include in your summary, what attributes impact success, considerations for re-purposing retail space, alternative ideas? Have you seen this be successful in a retail location? If you were to re-purpose a large retail space in Clarksville, or your hometown, what alternative businesses would you recommend and why?  Do you anticipate any sustainability issues with these alternatives?
