Each group will submit one proposalin eLearn around week 10. Please seeeLearn for specific submission dates and drop box. The ProposalGrading Rubric outlines the specific components of the Proposal. This is how you are going to structure yourPSA content. For example: One of the objectives of my PSA is to Havestudents state 2 adverse effects of vaping. 2nd objective: Havestudents name one resource that can help them. 3rd Objective: Students will commit to decreasing the timethey vapeby one hour daily. (these aremade up objectives, not evidenced based). I will show this PSA to teens in high school. (that is my targetaudience). Tell me how you are going structure your PSA. Example: The PSA will start with video shots of teens vaping at school. Then a voice over or headlines that tell thestatistics. (1 in every 5 teens vap, 4deaths in 2017 related to vaping, these are made up examples). Which leads into the effects of vaping,..youwant to clearly state these because that is one of your goals. Refer to the Rubic below for all theinformation that your proposal should include. How will you know that you met yourobjectives? This is the evaluationpart. Some students have used SurveyMonkeyor different online surveys. A PSA isnt worth much if it cannot showthat it achieved its objectives and shows that it beneficial or worth the timefor the participant.
