The human behavior may be affected by culture, authority, emotions, ethics, attitudes, rapport, persuasion, values, coercion, genetics and hypnosis (Cartwright, 2001). The change in behavior may be initiated by physical, social, mental and emotional activities experienced. The behavioral process is experienced by humans throughout the five stages of human life cycle. The stages include prenatal, childhood, infancy, adulthood and adolescence. Therefore, behavior is affected by internal and external factors. Teachers should have sufficient knowledge to assess constituents of appropriate behavior (Cartwright, 2001). They should put substantive measures to ensure that children acquire the appropriate behavior when they are young. This paper provides a framework through which both appropriate and inappropriate behaviors are learned. The paper bases its arguments on the Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory to explore the Australian government phrase that children’s behavior is influenced by temperaments, environment and interaction. The analysis determines the children’s ability to acquire appropriate behaviors from internal and external environments. The paper also offers an insight on how caregivers and teachers use Vygotsky’s Theory towards giving appropriate behaviors.Behavioral changes are experienced in the entire human life. The human traits influence the extent to which an individual acquires appropriate behavior. Different factors intervene to affect the magnitude of the change. Various factors such as core and attitude, faith, genetics and social norms contribute significantly to human behavior (Gardner & Stern, 2012). These traits have different magnitudes and vary significantly. Different societies and cultures portray different behaviors that may be deemed acceptable or unacceptable. Therefore, social interaction impacts people’s behavior in distinct societies.Factors that influences behaviorGeneticsBefore  Darwin’s book On Species, animal breeders acknowledged that some behavioral traits were influenced by genetics. To understand on human genetics, studies on comparison between related humans, identical twins and adopted children were conducted. The research has significantly helped scientists to draw inferences on the genetics influence on human behavior. However, advanced studies on genetic influences are still explored (Jaramillo, 2012). New method such as genome studies is being applied to diversify the development.Social normsBehavior is also influenced by social norms. The inherent conformity of the society pressurizes people to follow the set rules. People are also expected to display behaviors of certain nature in the society. The approach, therefore affects how people behave. For instance, an individual behavior may be influenced by peers through interaction. The magnitude of change will depend on the affiliation core activities (Jaramillo, 2012). The characteristic of an individual’s society may also permit changes in behavior. Therefore, the society cannot function accordingly without social norms.
