Inflation is a worldwide problem, at a 40-year high, and confusion, misinformation and disinformation regarding its causes are rampant.

1)           Identify and explain in detail a minimum of four factors responsible for current inflation. Explain the role each of those factors played.

2)       Specifically, research whether Biden’s decision to stop construction of the Keystone pipeline, restricting more oil and gas leases on federal land, and recently selling oil to China from U.S. strategic oil reserves have caused or impacted the price of gas and inflation.

3)           Explain how much power the U.S. President and the federal government have to control inflation, especially since it is a worldwide problem. Be specific and explain how and by whom such powers could be exercised.

4).         Based on your research, who should be held accountable for inflation and high          fuel prices? Explain your answer.
