Objective: Students will compare and contrast the programs of three NC Colleges identified in the Articulation agreement. A focus on the comparisons will be based on the programs mission and philosophy, course offerings, location, cost and desired outcomes . Identify the college or colleges that you feel would be your choice school for transfer and explain why this school will be your fit using the information that you identified in your virtual visit.

As you explore the institutions in the link above, you will soon notice that these programs are more than just blips on the map. They have been chosen as EPPs and have a lot to offer future teachers. Which school/program will you choose? What was the deciding factor?

Review the notes that you have written. Write a 1 and 1/2 page reflection of the school/program that that you will choose. Be sure that in your writing you explain why you chose this school based on the information that you gathered during your studies in this lesson. Make sure that you address each of the criteria of an EPP and how this school choice meets requirements and most importantly what are the “unique” parts of the program that appeal to you?
