I’m working on a management question and need support to help me study.

Compare the aspects of the diversity websites/programs for each company that you chose with those programs at Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, and Tropicana ). For your typed response you will

1. Summarize the purpose(s) of each company’s programs and provide a list of all diversity programs and activities that each of the organizations engage in currently.

2. Contrast and compare the information presented for each company commenting on effectiveness, information, presentation of information, etc.

3. Compare the commitment statements of each program/activity and state whether and why you think one statement is best.

4. Outline some of the major HR practices that are touted by each organization as being excellent in regard to promoting diversity.

5. Provide your general thoughts, viewpoints and opinions on the diversity efforts of each organization.

Your answers to these questions should be submitted via Moodle in a typed 12 point font paper. For your paper please list each question number and then provide your response to that question.
