Glenn Marys college is a post-secondaryeducational institute having various locations within GTA. It offersundergraduate and graduate programs in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, Networking, Wireless Telecommunications, Nursing, etc. The collegestudents are a healthy mix of both international and domestic students. Thecollege has a longstanding reputation of providing the best knowledge andskills to the students. Many students have undergraduate degree as well, whichpresents a rich mix of talent and skills across the board.

The college wants to leverage the studentskillset and at the same time help the students as well. The college wants toset up a student led company. The students who have recently graduated in thepast two years will be employed by this company.

The college has hired you as a consultantto get your expert advice. Your advice will have response to the followingquestions:

1.      How should the college explorethe market? Explain the strategies for market assessment.

2.      What are the services that thestudents led company can offer in the market? Clearly describe 2 services thatthe company can offer

3.      What should be the chargebackmodel for these services. Describe the chargeback model for only one service. Thechargeback model must align with the services offered.
