Assignment:

For this assignment, please create a PowerPoint presentation that is intended for executives of your current organization or an organization you’ve worked in the past. Therefore, make sure to keep it high-level and to focused on strategic concepts. For the PowerPoint, it’s advisable to use the 7 x 7 Rule, which states that there should be no more than 7 lines of text per slide and no more than 7 words per line. If you have additional information to share, including references, please use the speaker’s notes section.

1. • Select a product or service from the organization you selected.
   • Discuss three innovation strategies for the product or service you selected. In other words, what gives your product or service a competitive advantage? Please use one slide per innovation strategy.
   • What are the potential challenges your product or service may face in the marketplace?
   • Provide a list of recommendations for the executives. These should be action-oriented and with an implementation horizon of 1-year.
   • Provide a summary.
   • Include a reference page with at least 5 reputable references (peer-review is not required).

Assignment Expectations-

Length: 13-17 slides; answers must thoroughly address the questions in a clear, concise manner

Structure:  

Title slide and reference slides in APA style. (at least 2 slides)

Product: at least 1 slide

Strategies: at least 3 slides

Challenges: at least 3 slides

Recommendations: at least 3 slides

Summary: at least 2 slides

Additionally, because a good presentation has few words on the slides include a script with the verbiage you would say when presenting; script should be a minimum of 50 words per slide.

References: Use the appropriate APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions. Include at least five (5) scholarly sources to support your claims.
