Be sure to save your answers to each of the questions.Course Project (50%)PurposeTo develop an understanding of a specific disaster/emergency eventand apply disaster information management principles to the specific disaster/emergency event.DescriptionThe project will be developed in four (4) parts.Part 1: Overview of disaster/emergency and the information needs of victims and responders involved in the disaster/emergencyPart 2: Resources to meet the information needs of victims andresponders involved in a disaster/emergencyPart 3: Disaster/emergency outreach programPart 4: Disaster/emergency management planningInstructionsEach student will be assigned one (1) of the topics from the list below.Based on the assigned topic, each student will select a real- life eventto focus on involving that disaster/emergency within the past5 years (i.e. tornado – tornado in Moore, OK in 2013).
