 Your essay must be an original work, created by you for the specific purpose of this project, and not an extension or adaptation of a previous work.

 * Include 1-3 pages of personal relevance telling us about yourself, your experience with this process, and why you think it is important to share.

 * Write an informative introduction to your process, including enough background information to ensure that your readers understand what they can expect to learn. When applicable, incorporate properly cited research in this section.

 * Write your essay in sections, with headings for each aspect of the process. This is the body of your work and should be a minimum of 3,000 words.

 * Include at least 2 diagrams, charts, or illustrations of some kind.

 * Write a conclusion that describes the benefits that can be attained by engaging in this process. Provide your readers with an idea of where to go from here if they want to continue learning.

 Present written work typed and double spaced. In 12 point Times New Roman font, 5,000 words equates to approximately 15 pages double spaced.
