After watching the video Northwest Airlines FLight 85, discuss the following: 

PROMPT:

1Define what Crew Resource Management (CRM) is.

2Select 1 attribute of CRM that you think is the most important and tell us why you think so. Is it Situational Awareness, Communication, Managing Distractions or maybe one of the other attributes?

3Contrast the use of CRM found on the Northwest Airlines Flight 85 with that of Eastern Airlines Flight 401 you watched last week? Substantiate your answer with specific examples.   

Your initial post must answer all parts of the discussion prompt. In addition to your own analysis, use of external sources of information that you develop through research is highly recommended to support your stance.
