After meeting with your supervisee for a minimum of 14 weeks, you need to reflect on your experiences. Please discuss the following:

• Purpose of clinical supervision.
• Ethical considerations during the supervisor-supervisee relationship.
• Multicultural considerations of the supervisor-supervisee relationship.
• Relationship variables. Evaluate the supervisory alliance.  Improvements?
• Use of supervision models (both theory and developmental models). To what extent did you see the model and theory utilized?  Improvements you could suggest.
• Use of supervision strategies and interventions. What strategies/interventions were used, and how effective were they?  Improvements you could suggest.
• What insights would you derive from the experience that you will use to improve your performance as a supervisor?
