Purpose: To help students appreciate the importance of understanding your own culture as a basis for understanding culture relationships in health care.

Instructions: Write at least two-pages (~ 1,000 words in APA format) description about your own culture and/or ethnic background, as you understand it both from growing up and now as an adult. It may or may not be your specific lineage but rather what you were exposed to growing up. The term culture can be interchanged with family in below questions. Provide explanation of the following:
