Compare and contrast forms of democracy and civic participation in any two countries discussed in the reading materials for Module 4. Which country, in your opinion, represents the interests of the widest groups of social actors? Explain.
What problems do you think each country faces, and what would you advise each set of leaders to do in tackling these issues? What can their nations teach the United States?
