emergency management

Students are asked to watch a movie from the disaster genre.  After watching the movie, students will need to critically evaluate the actions of the actors (may be individuals, agencies, states, governments, nations, etc.) with regard to one or more topics that we have studied during this semester.  : The Day after Tomorrow

• I do not want a summary of the moviein the paper. You may need to discuss a couple of different parts of the story line to illustrate yourpoint, but the purpose of the paper is to apply what you have learned in this class to individual, group, institutional decision making or other scenarios in the media of your choice
