Action Plan

1- Agree on the organisation as the context of the project. (consult with your group members)

2- Make contact and ask permission for conducting the research there.

3- Send me the website as well as the contact details of the company once they approve.

4- Draft a questionnaire and/or an interview guide for the purposes of collecting data.

5- After you collect the relevant data, compare it to the Group Performance Curve (Figure 2/ page 19 / chapter 1 of our textbook).

6- Make conclusions and suggestions after the comparison, stating where your chosen group is, and why. Also, showcase what can be done to enhance your chosen group’s effectiveness based on the data you collected (This can be done by tying the group’s effectiveness to the overall goals of the unit it belongs to / uncovering individual contributions/obstacles from and within group members / measurement –if any- of productivity of the group in question / etc.)
