Due: Dec 10th:
Writing Project Due at midnight (12:00AM)There will be 50% deduction for the papers that are turned-in late even by a day. The papers that are turned in after one week are not accepted anymore. This paper is a 12-15pages. References must be scientific or peer reviewed articles (no personal blogs, pages, or opinions) found on PsychInfo etc.You need 4-5Peer-reviewed articles that are on the same topic. Please choose your topic wisely. One of the most common mistakes students make is to have topics that are too broad. Please do not be too broad and all over the place. Narrow down your topic as much as possible. An example of too broadtopic: The effect of childhood obesity on mental health. This is an absolute No. Why? Because mental health can be hundred different things. What mental health are we talking about? What population are we talking about? A better and morenarrowed down topic would be: The effect of obesity on depressive symptoms of adolescentgirls. This is more specific to one mental health issue, which is depression in this case. It also identifies one population and one gender: adolescent and girls.
