This is your last task for placement. It is an important part of the end of the placement process. Please complete every question.

Due Date: Placement goals, activities and outcomes are to be finalised by the last day of placement and commented on in this task. End of placement assessments including this one are to be submitted to your Academic Liaison by the last day of placement for marking.

This assessment is designed to evaluate and showcase your learning and practice development on placement against subject objectives and professional standards. In developing your answers to the four questions below, you are encouraged to review and refer to your initial learning goals in your learning plan, the activities you engaged in to meet them, your journal and previous assessments. In addition to these reflections, your answers will describe concrete examples of placement experiences and reference to the scholarly theory where relevant.

*The total word count for the assessment is 1500 words in total. Your answers could be roughly 300-400 words each, or you may use your judgement on how to distribute the word count based on the needs of the question.

** Please write all your answers in first person – that is use words such as I, my and me. This task is an opportunity to showcase the growth of your professional identity, your ability to respond to feedback, your ability to critically self-reflect and your learning. It is not about another person’s circumstances or a third-party’s opinion.
