Leadership Paper. For this assignment, you will identify a leader with whom you have a personal relationship and whom you admire. You will then write a paper of no less than 8 and no more than 10 double spaced pages (12pt. font and 1-inch margins) about this individual and his or her leadership style. In your paper, you will:
• First provide a brief summary of this individual including the individual’s background, why you selected this individual for your paper, and your experience with this individual as a leader.
• Second, you should identify and discuss at least 5 positive aspects of this leader’s style that have been covered in the course, using course materials (book chapters, videos, additional readings, etc.) in your discussion.
• Next, you should identify and discuss at least 2 developmental areas (opportunities for this individual to improve) that have been covered in the course, using course materials as described above. When discussing positive aspects or areas for development, you should provide specific examples of the individual’s behavior and actions.
• Lastly, you should make recommendations for how this individual might improve on his or her developmental areas.
