Additionally, ask persons contacted if they are interested in receiving additional information about Universal Declaration of Human Rights via email. If yes, have person write his/her email address next to signature on petition. If signature not provided, just have person write his/her email address on petition.

4. Individually ask persons contacted what they think could or should be done in efforts to enhance likelihood that these human rights will become reality for all throughout the world.
