questions on Harvard Business Case Study: Taco Bell

Please read textbook chapters 1, 2, and 6 and read the case study “Taco Bell: The Breakfast Opportunity” and answer the following questions based on the case study alone (unless instructed in a specific question to use marketing theory or some other source for answers).  When answering each question please give as many reasons as possible (Marks will be given on a relative basis and subject to minimum expectations- so the group that gives the maximum issues gets full marks for a question, other groups that give fewer issues get lower marks for each question.)
