Based on the PERMA model, decide which area you will be focusing on with your initiative.

·      Share real life situation, how can you have a happy life as a student.

·      How did you apply the PERMA model in your student life.

·      Create an initiative/plan around one or several of the character strengths that is linked to the chosen area(s) of the PERMA model. Plan how will you do that in your student life.

·      Explain why and how your intervention will grow happiness in the lives of the students, and what improvement will it bring to their daily lives.

·      4-5 minutes presentation followed by a questions

·      PP presentation that supports your message (max 8 slides)

Important information

·      Introduce your “Happiness in Student life” intervention including which part of the PERMA model you are covering with your initiative and which character strengths are cultivated with your activity.

·      Explain in detail about your activity – what will you do, how, and why?  Make sure you initiative and plan is realistic.

·      Explain benefits of the intervention (positive emotions, persuasiveness, dealing with adversary (evidence, alternatives, implications and usefulness) or whatever it is).

·      Presentation for MAX 4-5 minutes – rehearse in advance with a stopwatch, so you know exactly how long your presentation is.
