Union Representation Memo (Paper/Memo)

You have recently joined an organization in an HR position. The organization is now subject to union representation. You have been asked by your supervisor to write a brief memo for your HR colleagues that provides an overview of new expectations for managing human resources in a unionized environment. Your memo must address the following:

The differences, from the organization’s perspective, in operating in a union-free environment versus a unionized environment
The legal rights of the union, management, and employees
The impacts of unionization on human resource functions, including
Work restructuring
Performance Evaluations
Employee Discipline
Job Security
Health and Safety
The increased costs the organization may expect with a unionized workforce including the costs of wages and bendfits.

Please use subheadings to separate the sections of the paper. Use double-spacing, and Times New Roman 12 point font. A title page and reference page are also required.
